How to deal with a potential YouTube giveaway scam?


I participated in a phone giveaway contest on PhoneRadar, a large tech channel in India with 924K subscribers, in July. I won an Oppo R17 pro and sent my email ID and address to the channel owner, Amit Bhawani. However, I have not received the phone or any update from him for several months, despite emailing him regularly. He ignored my messages and comments on his videos, and when I tweeted at him, he accused me of spamming and threatened to cancel the shipment unless I removed my messages. I have evidence of our email correspondence and his tweet. I believe he is lying and trying to avoid fulfilling his promise. What should I do in this situation? How can I expose his dishonesty and get justice?
